粤港澳（国际）青年创新工场（又称“南沙创新工场”）是广东省首批粤港澳大湾区港澳青年创新创业基地、、广州市港澳台青年创新创业基地及粤港两地共建青年创新创业基地，由广州南沙区政府与广州市香港科大霍英东研究院（简称“研究院”）合作共建，研究院运营管理，依托香港科技大学在人才培养、知识转移、创新创业等方面的优势，聚力打造面向粤港澳大湾区青年的科技创新创业核心载体和人才聚集地，吸引港澳台及国际科创项目落地南沙。 基地位于南沙资讯园区科技楼内，以“楼上楼下”综合体为特色。通过共享研究院“楼上”的多个研发实验室及国家超级计算广州中心南沙分中心的服务，为大学、研究院及入驻孵化团队提供技术创新和产品研发支持，并衔接大学原始创新资源和成果，以创新赋能创业。在研究院“楼下”，设有专业团队运营众创空间、提供办公和活动空间，创业培训、项目申报咨询、市场推广、投融资对接等孵化扶持。 基地每年举办包括香港科大百万奖金（国际）创业大赛广州赛系列活动在内的多项推广、培训及交流活动，推出支持境外高水平科研团队落地南沙的“TSP红鸟高端团队”专项资助计划，支持初创团队与大学、研究院、政府、投融资机构及产业界紧密互动，以政策、资本和市场为初创项目全方位赋能，积极引进科技含量高、有明确产业化前景的科创项目，目前在孵项目涵盖先进材料、智能制造、物联网、生物医药、大数据、人工智能等多个领域。

The NSYEH tech incubator platform features a‘one-building concept’ that combines research innovation and startup incubation under one roof, where founders can access to FYTRI’s dry/wet labs and Tianhe-2 supercomputing services, research centers and their facilities, and also the research outputs from the university. In addition, we offer a modern co-working space and a full range of startup consulting services such as business registration, government project fund application, media publicity and fund raising, etc. 

Every year, NSYEH organizes a number of entrepreneurship-related trainings and exchange activities, including a highly acclaimed tech startup competition series in Guangzhou for HKUST One Million Dollar International Entrepreneurship Competition, to support startups in building connections with regional universities, research institutes, government agencies, investors and enterprises. We continuously seek to bring international high-tech project teams and startups with promising commercialisation potential into Nansha, and the Greater Bay Area regions.
